How about trying this?
Add a DNS record for a host such as "customersdomain.yourdomain.com" to your
site's DNS entries and point to the customer site's IP. Under the site
config, add a web server alias for "customersdomain.yourdomain.com". I think
your customer should probably be able to then reach the site using the URL
http://customerdomain.yourdomain.com.
