[cobalt-users] Cobalt/Axent Velociraptor

Hi All,

Well this is a real mess, I have a Cobalt Velociraptor which was purchased
shortly after Cobalt started offering them.  The unit cost around $11,000
and came fully loaded 3DES and all.  Unfortunately the company I work for
never used the thing and lost the Admin CD and the serial key to get access
to the unit.  I was recently told by someone that there is no way to get a
CD for the unit and it is doubtful that I can get support anywhere.  I
cannot imagine that Symantec will not support this item, even if it is out
of warranty it was still very costly and should have some type of support. 
Any ideas?
