[cobalt-users] Active Monitor State Changes (SMTP Problems)

For some reason maybe once a week I am getting the following message:

To: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?admin?= <admin>
Subject: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Active Monitor state changes?=

Active Monitor has detected recent changes in the state of your server
appliance.

Summary of changes:

* There is a severe problem with the email system.

And then exactly 15 minutes later I get a new message saying the the e-mail
system is functioning properly.

* The email system is operating normally.

I am using a Qube3 and I really don't have a clue why this is going on, like
I said it doesn't do it all the time, maybe once a week sometimes not at
all.  What log can I look at that would tell me a little bit more about this
issue?
