Another alternative is a database driven site where what they are doing is
loading their bits into a mysql database which can be handled via php and
then displayed in a templated page. They then each have access to their own
table in the database and no control over other peoples bits via a
passworded front end.
Changing links on multiple pages is easy, just find a text editor that will
do a global search and replace across multiple files.
