What kind of errors. Zeffie's site appears to be for a RaQ4; is that
what you're using?

That section has nothing to do with blocklists. Read the description
again carefully; it says "check hostname/address on SMTP startup" and
that's what it does.

Someone suggested your server may have a problem accessing site manager
if it was busy handling mail. It would be hard for that to be the
case, as sendmail has code to shut itself down if the system gets too
busy.
What's more likely is that you've encountered a known RaQ bug... when
you double click on a "delete site" instead of single-clicking, you may
delete more than the site, you may delete site-manager.

you as a service.
