In addition to the problems I already mentioned I am also getting the
email error

The PostgreSQL server is down and cannot be restarted.

I am so confused


All our sites are up and working but the admin is screwed up and the
error above

Ok,

I am tryingt o figure out how to do this.  I went to
http://cfbuilder.zeffie.com/  and tried doing the blacklists the way it
shows there and if I only add the dns lists to that default cobalt.mc
and use the resulting sendmail.cf  I get errors when I try to restart
sendmail.  So what I did is just took section
