Check and see when an IMAP session is started if the IP address is added to the poprelayd (use poprelayd -p). If so, then it is the "length of time" they are staying connected that is doing it. If not, then the poprelayd program might not be "recognizing" your IMAP sessions (logins) correctly and will need to be "tuned" (corrected). Remember a previous discussion here about this same topic and believe Bruce or someone posted an "updated" poprelayd to correct the problem (correctly recognize IMAP logins).... Might still be in the archives.
