This worked to get FTP running again...
But, on a few (but not all) of my RaQ550's I have customers getting:
550 <filename.ext>: Overwrite permission denied
proftpd.conf
AllowOverwrite on
Of course one can still delete and re-upload the file, just not
overwrite. This is only occuring on 3 of my RaQ550's, but all have
similar setup and almost exact same proftpd.conf??? Any Ideas?

problem solved,
The patch don't duplicate things in proftpd.conf (<virtualhost
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> is already duplicate in proftpd.conf in my backup
one week
before patch) but after applying this patch the proftpd server is more
strict with proftpd.conf syntax and crash on the second virtualhost
entry.
So removing (after backup) the second virtualhost entry solved the
problem.
