[cobalt-users] RaQ 550 - Can't add sites: error - "init-did-not-start"

I have a RaQ 550 with a few web sites running on it.  One of these sites is 
a JSP app with a custom installation of Tomkat.  I did not do the 
installation, but I have the bash history and can see which files were added 
and edited - or so I think.  After the installation was completed, I can no 
longer add another virtual site through the Cobalt GUI.  I get an error - 
"init-did-not-start" - when trying.

I've searched the list archives and found only a couple of references to 
this error - none with resolution or suggestions for how to proceed.  I see 
nothing strange in my server error log and really just need some help with 
trying to figure out where to look!

I can successfully change the name of an existing virtual site.  I also see 
that a new directory is added to /home/.sites/ - although it is empty.  At 
this point, I'm stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.  Anyone else run into this problem?
