Anyone using or have a client using version 8.x of RealProducer to publish
web pages and real audio files?

For some reason, which is most likely me, the program will upload the
html and rpm files, but gives a permission error with the rm file.

Per Realsystems, I have checked using an FTP client, and the file uploads
fine to the RaQ4.

It may be one of those WINXP features(ie, it used to work under windows98,
but no more).
