A few months ago we moved all the clients on a RaQ4 to a DirectAdmin
(http://www.directadmin.com/) control panel. The move went quite well
(we just tarred up the web directory, and untarred it and then "moved"
it on the DirectAdmin box, then changed the ownerships and if memory
serves one or two attributes.
Our clients adapted quickly as DirectAdmin has a complete and
comprehensive help site.
We also ended up with a lot of advantages; the DirectAdmin gui does so
much more. Including giving us a "reseller" level.
This week we're busy moving another box; perhaps I'll be talking about
another success, perhaps a disaster, next week.
