Some early RaQs used an "Intel" EEPROM, we have not been able to upgrade
these EEPROMs using the flashtool or through the console port. The Intel
EEPROMs must use a different programming algorithm
So, I would peel the label off and check to see if it's Intel or AMD

To receive the unit,
To program the EEPROM
To test the EEPROM on a unit with a socket
To remove the EEPROM
To throughly clean the EEPROM footprint
To solder on the new EEPROM
To throughly clean the EEPROM area
To throughly test the unit for proper operation, to include booting from a
hard drive.
To package the unit and ship it back
