Yes, every single 550 chassis that I have pulled straight out of the box has
done this. There is a patch that was issued a while ago (Dan or Gerald will
probably remember the patch number off the top of their head :) ) that
solved this issue.
I have a "Patch Disk" that we constantly update that has all of the current
patches, which we use to image the units before they are deployed, so I
can't recall the EXACT patch number.
Best advice, make 100% sure that your 550 is fully patched.
