So if someone has not yet applied this patch, all one has to do is first 
apply 16343 first and then 16622 and no worries? Or should one back up 
some 'httpd binaries' first? I'm wondering what those binaries are 
(sorry if it is obvious - sometimes I don't get it) and maybe I would 
back them up first.

Or maybe it makes no sense to consider 16622?
