I have been using Fetch 4.0.3 on a Mac to FTP into a RaQ3 and RaQ4 for
several years with no problems...

A couple of thoughts:

1) Have your person make sure "Keep Connections Active" is selected in:

Customize > Preferences > General > Select "Keep Connections Active"

2) Customize > Misc > Obscure Options > (not sure what should or should not
be selected - if you (Gerald) saw the options maybe you could suggest which
ones)
