if you search through the archives you will also find the note that you
should check the power consumtion of your new HD,
cause new 120/160GB drives often needs some Ampere which will kill the
small powersuply of the RaQ3
(the power supply of a RaQ3 is NOT a 350Watt Desktop one .. ist only
about 100Watt !!!)

Maybe take look at the manufactur Homepages .. here some examples:

http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/specs/interface_ata_st3.html
http://www.samsung.com/Products/HardDiskDrive/
http://support.wdc.com/productspec.asp

Hitachi/IBM: 120GB Deskstar IC35L120-V2 ATA 6, 7200RPM, 11 Watt
Seagate : 120GB ST3120023A Barracuda ATA V, 7200RPM, 13 Watt (34 Watt
Spinup !)
Samsung : 120GB SV1203N SpinPoint V ATA 7, 5400RPM, 7 Watt
Western Digital: 120GB WD1200AB Caviar, 5400RPM, 9 Watt (17 Watt
Spinup !)
