No. It puts a burden on innocent parties who have their address forged
by spammers. Fortunately, very few systems used C/R so the problem of
C/R spam response isn't as widespread as it could be.

So your C/R is really fake since you look at the pending file, which is
no different than filtering your email to a whitelisted inbox and a
possible spam folder. C/R just adds the extra inconvenient step for the
possible senders and those unfortunate enough to have their address
forged by spammers, as has been happening to me.
