If you are going to install the new OS then go to
http://www.cobaltfaqs.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&r
eq=viewdownload&cid=1
Download the PKG file for the 2.3.38 rom version for RAQ3/4
Say thank you to Bruce!
Install the PKG file BEFORE you do your OS restore.
Once the PKG file has finished you will see the rom pkg in the installed
software.
When you do the OS restore the new ROM version will be the one that will
stick.
The usual warnings apply that your RAQ could be turned into a brick by using
these PKG files etc....
Paul.
