Not necessarily; it doesn't matter if the path in the alias is to the 
real location, as with smrsh (installed by default), the path is 
stripped.  Most of us leave the path alone so we know where the file 
actually is.

One more issue seb might need to address; if he changes virtusertable 
manually he needs to change to the directory holding virtusertable on 
his system, and then:

# makemap hash virtusertable < virtusertable

In fact I believe this to be a problem for him, because if he had done 
this the email wouldn't be going into his catchall account, it would be 
generating a return with an error.
