If you read the man pages carefully you'ld see that you need to do the
following depending on the directory location and your set:
# ln -s /tickets/openticket.pl /usr/adm/sm.bin/openticket.pl
then edi the line in aliases to say
openticket: "|/usr/adm/sm.bin/openticket.pl"
with smrsh you can only execute programs in the sm.bin directory -
which is dealt with by using symlinks to the real program.
