[cobalt-users] how to call a users url on raq4 ?

hi all

i have a neewbie question...

I would like to know if is possible to get from browser the file contained
inside a users folder of a virtual site. In pratice if i have a users called
"Example" the contain of this folder (web) are viewable from url
www.mydomain.com/~example

But if me i create a new folder inside the users "Example" but not inside
the folder "web" but at the same level of "web"...how i can call the file ??
witch url i must use ?? is possible ?
