[cobalt-users] Majordomo 552 errors

Hi,  I have developed problems with majordomo, on a RAQ4

about 450 subscribers to the list.  Many are part of the nhs.uk domain 
with strict security policies so many bounces etc.

Today I noticed this to the list owner mailbox... which contained the 
greatly snipped details below.

Whilst I sort of understand the gist of the info I can't tell if the 
problem is local or nhs.uk refusing such a large influx of messages from 
a single domain (as an anti-spam measure)

Any info as to the problem, and more importantly the solution!
