Clean all your log files out...
I have seen where that will screw up things...
They are located /logs in every domain on the Raq
or home/sites/www.mydomain.com/logs
or
/home/sites/site1/logs
Do not forget /home/sites/home/logs
Must be done as root
If you install Midnight Commander (mc), It is easier
Then wait 24 hrs....
