It was the latest but the -13 ISO has 2.10.1 as the latest. There
is nothing wrong with 2.9.36, just use it. There are a few notes
on http://cobalt.iceblink.org on the 2.10.1 ROM.

I don't know, the only time I tried was with 120GB drives, and as
soon as the C9 kernel loaded the system would not reboot. So we
went back to the older ISO, and we did not install the kernel
patches.

When I have some free time, I'll test it.
