[cobalt-users] list management internal server error

Hello,
I'm currently having a problem with one of our clients Raq4i's.
When they try to create a new mailing list using 'List Mangement' on the Gui
it gives them a "Interal Server Error...".  But if they go back and recreate
a new list with the same name it says that a list with the same name already
exists.  I've checked the /usr/local/majordomo/ directory to find the
mailing list that it made but there is nothing there.
Currently this Raq4i hosts about 25 sites and none of them can create a
mailing list?  Has anyone else experienced a problem similar to this one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
