it would seem so... but this dosent' recreate the link as coblat created
it... This is what I do

cd /var/spool/mail
ls -la /home/spool/mail/ to make sure the file is not there too...
if it is .. cat varfile >> homefile and remove the varfile.

then ln -s  /home/sites/home/../../spool/mail/bob bob
home should be replaced with the site number ie: site34 or home or site27,
etc

then chown user.group bob
ie: chown bob.home bob
and your done
well. test it... :)
