I flashed the ROM in it to 2.3.38, but it wouldn't let me install the 550
OS (said I needed to have the ROM be 2.9.38). So I flashed the ROM to
2.9.38, but I couldn't get it to do a net boot (no matter how hard I tried)
to install the 550 OS. To get the box to come up, I eventually had to
manually force it to do a boot to disk (it worked using 2.9.38, but running
the 4i OS)
After all this, I ended up reflashing the ROM back to 2.3.38 so I could get
it to boot reliably, and I'm still stuck with it being a RaQ 4i... <sigh>
Any suggestions on making this a 550, or should I just settle for the 4i?
Thanks for all the help so far!
