Here is what I would do.
1 get what site number say site22 for example
then I would use the find utility to search for files that might have site22 group permissions 
something like
2 find / -groupid site22
(I am not sure on the exact syntax as I dont have access to a command prompt from this pc)
3 if you do find some files that shouldnt have site22 as the group then find out what they should have and chgrp them.

I create a new site say plainit.keyword--rankings.com and give it 25 meg.
I then create a admin user say planit and give him 25 meg of space, I get
the following error:

Quota Limit:  25.00 MB
Quota Used:  65.00 MB
Percent Used:  260 %

This is on a completely new site with no files uploaded. Any advice??
