Thanks for the response guys. Whilst trying to find out the voltage of the
current RAM, I found an 8x8Mb sticker (d'oh!), so I guess I got 64Mb after
all :-) Still 128Mb would be nice.
Most companies I've found, including the ones recommended on here, only sell
5v RAM, or don't specify the voltage - I've emailed a few suppliers anyway.
But I still don't know for sure the voltage of my current RAM.
