Not sure if any of you still need it - I found an old posting that has a
phone # for a RAM manufacturer in MA.  I bought a 256MB Piece from them
years ago for the Raq2, work great.  It is a proprietary RAM Chip size /
etc. I confirmed the number still works - just not sure if they still sell
RAM.  I just told them a Cobalt Raq2 and they knew what it was.

I agree, I bought my 128MB SIMM for my Raq2 from 1-508-435-7771, I believe
from John, Joe.

The 128MB is about $250, and a 64MB SIMM for $128 last I checked.

Those prices were somewhat inflated compared to PC100 128's selling for $120
at the time, but if it's still the same right now it's quite fair.
