Here is the date header from your message to the list:
Tue, 21 Oct 2003 06:13:03 -0700
Note the differences are four digit year and numerical timezone.
And here is the date string from my machine for this message:
Tue, 21 Oct 2003 08:17:44 -0500 (CDT)
Note again, four digit year and timezone with alpha timezone in parens.
