[cobalt-users] Related to telent/shell

Hi

        This is a very preliminary qs though :

Our server is cobalt raq4r. One of the site is created where telnet/shell
access is disable..

Few of the users created under this domain , i am seeing in the interface, that
they have the telnet/shell access(as the image is showing of telnet/shell
besides the user). But when i am checking with *Modify user* , i am seeing the
telnet/shell is disable...

So whomever i am seeing the image of *telnet/shell* besides the user, i can
login that user from root as *su - user*...

But few of the users have no  image also for telnet/shell  - for those i am
unable to enter from root using *su - user*

Can anybody give me some hints...
