If you're running MailScanner on the box, the new patch will cause problems.
The update re-creates the /var/spool/mqueue/q* folders which MailScanner
doesn't like. Delete these folders leaving your mail in /var/spool/mqueue/
and restart MailScanner.

If you're not using MailScanner - ignore this as it will cause heap-o-trouble
otherwise ;)
