Are you sure the hard drive cables are OK?
Are you sure the hard drive cables are plugged in properly?
Looking from the front of the server;
IDE cables should plug in with the red stripe to your right.
On the hard drive the red stripe should be next to the config jumpers.
If using a RaQ4r OSRCD you must have two drives, both master, and
plugged into seperate IDE connectors on the main board.
