[cobalt-users] changing the main ip

I can't seem to get any response following Gerald's advice (
http;//ip.add.re.ss/admin)
Not sure how to add to my host file will look on the net. But I notice
my colo 
Cobaltracks.com is also offline since last night could it be my machine
is fine their 
Network is messed up again?/. Can I test that some how before I change
my server and 
Discover it was them all along... I can receive email off of the site.
But they do not resolve.
