ok, I can do that - but the client won't have the ability to edit these system level files - they want the ability to:

1. add many thousands of email aliases with forwarding
2. have each user be able edit their forwarding.

I think it's probably not possible - 1, they would need to have a user account to edit their forwarding, 2, they would not be able to alter the forwarding file and trigger a makemap without using some script or gui.

Ideas warmly welcomed.
