Re: [cobalt-users] Can a Cobalt server be treated like a "real" server

Cobalts run on both Mips and Intel CPU's. It matters what version of unit
you have as to what the unit can or can not do.
The newer (Intel based units) are very easy to install software on and you
found the right spot for the support.

Is it a "plain linux server"? Nope

Its much better than that due to the eas of use for you and your staff to
run. Its a domain hosting server
mainly used for hosting .com sites for revenue and it is very relaible and
supported by allot of private
firms and people around the world.

It run on Redhat, but again has a gui interface that is limited but again
very easy to use.
I prefer them over all others for domain hosting. Simple easy to use and
again they run
most applications with little to no issues.
