The main effort appears to be aimed at screwing MSN out of the default
search business for mistyped .com and .net. Banning that IP in access
will not do the trick. Tried it. Sent myself an email from
dan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and my server accepted it since the sending IP isn't
banned.
