	So what it's resulting in is that if you look up a website,
it doesn't exist/resolve in the .net/.com world...

	You get a nice spamtastical sales pitch from the worst-
managed and most expensive domain management company to date?

	All that AND the IP deal?

	Wouldn't a nice entry in the access or .conf file 
rejecting that IP or IP range do the trick?
