[cobalt-users] Mailscanner Follow Up Report

Well, I just wanted to follow up with my thread yesterday about installing
Mailscanner.  I put that, an anti-virus program, and SpamAssassin in.

All were easy to install with the Cobalt RAQ4 instructions link provided on
the mailscanner.info web site.

While mailscanner and the anti-virus program both are doing well, I could
not get SpamAssassin to work properly.  Whenever I turned in on in the
mailscanner config file, something would hold all of the emails on the
server.  I'm not sure where they were going, but they seemed to be stuck
someplace (when I would turn spamassassin off in the mailscanner config
file, all of the emails would suddenly get delivered).

If someone knows something about that, let me know.  I'll be looking into it
meanwhile.  The mailscanner mail-list seems to be ignoring my query at the
moment (or now one knows of this as an issue, which I would find hard to
believe). :)
