Login via ssh/admin, then:
# cd ~username
# pwd
You should see something like /home/sites/site10/users/xfesty
The user is part of group site10, you need to dertermine which domain the site
belongs to.
Try:
# cd /home/sites
# ls -l |grep site10
Which will show something like:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 Sep 28 2002 proveit.com.au ->
/home/sites/site10
drwxrwsr-x 5 nobody site10 4096 May 13 19:26 site10
