F-Prot said this "Search: .". Please mail the author of MailScanner Using bassi pkg with new f-prot?I experienced the same then mailscanner went through a scheduled restart then everything worked correctly. I found a manual restart via the /etc/rc.d script doesn't get mailscanner to use the new sweep.pl but after it restarts itself then it loads the correct file.Leave it for a while and you'll find it works or possibly try and /etc/rc.d/init.d/mailscanner stop followed by a start rather than the restart command.
Didn't work for me, I went as far a rebooting the machine. Mailscanner has caught over 2300 in 27 hours, but there are a few getting past it. The antivirus software doesn't seem to be doing anything
