I experienced the same then mailscanner went through a scheduled restart 
then everything worked correctly. I found a manual restart via the 
/etc/rc.d script doesn't get mailscanner to use the new sweep.pl but after 
it restarts itself then it loads the correct file.

Leave it for a while and you'll find it works or possibly try and 
/etc/rc.d/init.d/mailscanner stop followed by a start rather than the 
restart command.
