Just about any place they sell harddrives :)
Check what drives you've got and try to get the identical. If you can't find it, get something with same size, speed, rpm, etc - that gives a greater chance it'll work. If you upgrade from say 30Gb to 40Gb, only 30Gb will be used because of raid configuration.
Check what you have by reading the contents of files in /proc/ide/
