Rob,

I put a copy of all the files contained in the
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage directory
at the url below:
http://raq55.dnssys.com/sysmanage.tgz

Just SSH to your server
then
cd /usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage/
wget http://raq55.dnssys.com/sysmanage.tgz
tar xzvpf sysmanage.tgz

That should do it.
