No other known difficulties. The box serves some light duty sites and
squirrelmail/imap for several users. I used the latest chkrootkit after
this happened and it reported no problems. Sorry for not mentioning this.

I do not think so, but to be honest, I am not sure how to check this
definitively. I am new to sysadmin (can you tell? :)

I do not have access to any other server.

I am going to use raqbackup.sh to make a backup.

Thanks a lot for your help. Do you know where I could get copies of the
correct files? My server is with Rackshack, and they are not being very
helpful with this (though in general I love their service and would
recommend them...).
