OK - it was the classic .procmailrc problem of "suspicious .procmailrc
file" which was caused by the change in quota making the home ($HOME)
directory group writeable. Is there an easy fix for this, so that I
could allow a group writeable home directory and make it easier for
users to have ~/.procmailrc files? Can I make all home directories not
group writeable? And why would increasing a quota change this anyhow?
