Yes - that's exactly how I have it configured.  Hence the crux of the
biscuit.  The config files think that that 207.142.10.96 is the network and
207.142.10.103 is the broadcast.

Somehow the raq is taking the 207.142.10.101 block and the /29 and deciding
that this is the 12th block of 8 IP address allocations starting from
207.142.10.0. (12 X 8 = 207.142.10.96).

Am I missing something here?
