Execute "ifconfig"
See if the ethernet port is configured to listen to the new IP
Should be eth0:1

Seems like that is a problem, you should be able to access using IP
addresses.

There should be a <VitualHost> container for each site in
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

Again check "ifconfig"
Also look at /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and see it there are
ifcfg-eth0:0 and ifcfg-eth0:1 in that directory
