I actually discovered it yesterday. Verizon changed from smtp.verizon.net to
a new smtp server and did not notify everyone. They also told me because of
spam, they were not allowing 3rd party sendmails through their dsl network
here. So the customer was getting bounced for using their domain as a
sendmail and the wrong server. So I re-routed all their addresses to send
through verizons new smtp server.
